Looking for a stylish yet family-welcoming hotel in London? Andaz London Liverpool Street might just be your ideal match. Whether you’re planning a family trip to the capital or treating yourself to a luxurious staycation, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, elegance, and convenience. Tucked just steps from Liverpool Street Station, it places you right in the heart of the action with easy access to iconic London sights.

We recently stayed at Andaz London for a night and were thoroughly impressed. Our fourth-floor room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. From the plush beds to the sleek bathroom—featuring both a bathtub and a walk-in shower—it was clear that comfort was top priority. With options for connecting rooms and the availability of baby cots, it’s an ideal setup for parents traveling with little ones.

The room itself had everything you’d need for a cozy stay: a flat-screen TV, a minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, a large double bed, and a separate single bed. The little touches of amenities such torches, shoe shining and even dental kits made it easy to want to come back

Stepping into the lobby, you’re immediately greeted by an atmosphere that’s both sophisticated and inviting. The design is modern and eye-catching, and the subtle scent throughout the hotel adds a calming, luxurious touch. 1st floor even had a really cool pool table which we enjoyed playing. Even managed to get a tour of the Masonic Temple which is available to hire for event space, absolutely a cool room to be in.

When it comes to food, Andaz offers options to suit every mood. We had dinner at Miyako, the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, and were genuinely impressed—the ramen was rich and comforting, and the sushi was fresh and of excellent quality.

For breakfast, we headed to Eastway Brasserie, where the French toast was absolutely divine. We also loved the Local Counter, a thoughtful touch that features dishes from nearby restaurants like the legendary Beigel Bake—perfect for grabbing a taste of East London without even leaving the hotel.

If you’re in the mood for something different, you can also dine at Rake’s Café Bar, which is currently collaborating with Hoko London—a cool and creative partnership that brings a playful, East-meets-West twist to the menu. It’s the kind of laid-back spot where you could work, meet friends, or just enjoy good food in a relaxed setting.

And here’s something families will love: until the end of May, kids eat free! It’s the perfect excuse to squeeze in a city break before summer.

What to Do Nearby: The hotel’s unbeatable location means you’re minutes away from London gems like Spitalfields Market, the Sky Garden, and The Shard. Take a stroll to Brick Lane for vintage finds and street art, or explore the Museum of London and Tower of London just a short ride away. It’s the ideal base to experience London with ease—especially with little ones in tow.

All in all, Andaz London is a fantastic option for families looking to explore the city in style. With incredible dining, spotless rooms, and that generous “kids eat free” offer running until the end of May, there’s no better time to plan your visit.
