First thing is the location of this hotel is amazing. Situated close to Waterloo and Westminster station. Lots of London tourist attractactions nearby.

When entering the hotel it looks quite grand

You go up the stairs and the left is the reception (I got slightly confused when I saw directions to reception was L I had assume lower ground but it stood for lobby)

Check in was later than expected, staff were very courteous and gave us voucher to use at the bar while we waited.

The room we had was a studio long bed with a London Eye view on the 8th floor.

It wasn’t much of view but we also had a view of the parliament so can’t complain.

The kids Sofabed was spacious for two and was very comfortable for them. I do love that it’s separated from the king bed, gives a little privacy and helps if you have loud snorers.

Bathroom was decent size and the usual amenities

The technology of using a digital key card is great idea, download the app and your phone becomes the key. Would advise to improve their WiFi to make sure the connectivity is strong and consistent.

We had only stayed for one night so didn’t have enough time to explore the facilities like their swimming pool and gym.

Overall a short but sweet staycation, the room are ideal for families and location perfect, even better when you get lovely London views like this.
