I love this time of the year Mid Autumn Festival. It’s a time where we gather, eat delicious food, enjoy the food under a full moon.

I like teaching my boys through food, it is the most enjoyable experience. Traditional mooncakes are lotus paste with salted egg yolk. To this day I am not avid fan which is why I like how a lot of businesses in UK have modernised the mooncakes.
